Aluminum composite Panels

Two Aluminium sheets bonded with a non-aluminium core to make one flat panel is called as Aluminium composite Material (ACM) or Aluminium composite Panel (ACP). Aluminium composite cladding system is a metallic curtain wall system which is made of light-weighted ACM.

Its various usages are: fascias and canopies, exterior cladding, parapets, louvers and sunshades, cornices, column covers, in-fill panes, equipment enclosures and beam wraps etc.

Curtain Wall

Installation of conventional stick systems is generally on site and done component by component. A Mullion is a vertical bar between the panes of glass in a window. These vertical mullions are attached at approved grid locations with S.S/M.S/Aluminium brackets anchoring to the slabs. An aluminium grid framing is created using the horizontal transoms which are fixed between these mullions. A cover cap is snap fitted on pressure plates holding the glass mechanically. This system does ninety percent of the work on site which is economical and reliable.

STRUCTURAL GLAZING SYSTEM

Semi Unitized System

Aluminium mullion components of Curtain wall are combined with Unitized Glazing. Its advantages are in the accuracy of degree and quality for fabrication and installation, bunch production, repair and its maintenance. Semi unitized system primarily fabricates other curtain wall components without the main keels and to associate them into unitized panels. Nearly, fifty percent of the work can be done at site.

Unitized System

When the stick system is not applicable where the deflections in a building are not proper, these unitized systems are preferred. Factory glazed panels and spandrels with seals applied and prepared in the factory. A series of factory assembled frames with interlocked mullions and transoms are installed as Unitized curtain walling systems. This system gives you the advantages of low cost, speedy installation with minimum on-site labour.

Here, the degree of reliance on standard site workmanship is low, making them a popular choice to eliminate the choice of on-site sealing. Rapid assembly on site and benefits of factory fabrication in controlled environment. Compared to semi-unitized system, here only ten percent work gets done on-site.

Suspended Glazing

Also, referred to as Frame-less Glazing which are perfect for energy efficiency and are generally hung from the top of a commercial building to break its restricted view. With proprietary hardware at fixing points which are laminated into the Point fix glazing systems glass which eliminates the regular metal framework. These point fix glazing systems are laminated, tempered or heat strengthened glass support with the above hardware. Its various types are:

Glass fin system:

For airport lobbies, convention centres or such monumental buildings, glass fin system is the most preferred as it’s the most transparent. The facade panels are suspended from a slab with clamps concealed. Independently clamped tempered glass fins provide lateral support to the structure. Stainless steel spliced joints holds high span facades for which fins are installed in sections.

M.S./S.S Truss System:

This is made up of stainless or coated steel with wide range of possibilities to fit in any size and shape.

Tension Cable System:

Mostly this system is preferred for lateral support under wind load. The tension cable system ensures integrity and stability of the glazed panels either fixed vertically or horizontally to the structures. This is formed using two single strand stainless steel cables, tied to the buildings using turnbuckles and fork-ends.

Wall cladding

A type of cladding for decorative covering intended to make a wall illusion to show that it is made of a different material than it actually is. Most commonly found on the outside of buildings, but cladding can also be an artistic element in interior decorating. It doesn’t impact the stability or integrity of a building’s architectural core as its non-structural. Generally designed to be permanent, it may provide benefits like insulation and waterproofing. Commonly made from various metals, stones, and composite materials but it can be made out of almost anything.

Intended to be stylistic rather than functional and is usually designed to improve aesthetics of a particular feature or room. Can be used to cover every surface in a house or building, but generally found in just one or two key areas. A single bathroom wall might be covered in wood paneling, for instance, which could give the illusion of depth and warmth, or a single corner or side of an office building might be layered with intricate stone work. Usually to add interest and vibrancy without the expense of actually re-building a wall or partition is the primary idea. In general, various materials and textures are affixed to the top of an existing structure.

Interior Works

Myriad ranges of interior works are done by Teamwork. Custom made solutions for the client are taken up too not just restricted to the given below:

  • Balustrades & Hand Railing
  • Internal Glass Partitions.
  • Glass Staircase

Entrances

  • Swing Doors are doors that can be opened in either direction and is closed by a spring device when released. Generally used as an entry type made of aluminium or glass. Used in public buildings with its technical feature being security. Swing doors can single or double door with aluminium frame and glazed or solid infill of steel or white laminate.
  • Sliding Doors are doors that slide along tracks, often for space or aesthetic considerations. A bypass door generally has two or more sections. The doors can slide in both directions along one axis on parallel overhead tracks, sliding past each other. Most commonly used in closets, in order to access one side of the closet at a time. In order not to have a visible gap between them, the doors in a bypass unit overlap a tad when viewed from the front. Doors which slide in-between two wall panels are called pocket doors. Sliding glass doors are also popular for use for the entrances to commercial structures, although they are not counted as fire exit doors. The door that moves is known as the active leaf, while the remaining door that is always fixed is called the inactive leaf.
  • Automatic Sliding doors are powered open and closed either by spring, electricity, or both. An automatically opening door is activated by a sensor that detects incoming traffic. Sensors for automatic doors can be a pressure sensor, an infrared curtain or beam which shines invisible light onto sensors; if someone or something blocks the beam the door is triggered open, a motion sensor, a remote sensor Automatically opening doors are generally fitted with safety sensors. A device is set in current automatic doors to ensure that door will be in open state in case of power failure.
  • Manual Sliding – Teamwork glass solutions even offer for manual sliding door, which is a type of sliding door, typically hinged, but attached by other mechanisms such as tracks, technical devices in front of the opening which is used for entering and exiting a commercial building. These doors are to be opened manually, or powered electronically. Modern manual door slider has our glass applications. This slider can be set to return the door to a closed position, or fix it open at 0°, that is for (parallel) sliding.

Windows

Sliding windows

Our sliding windows slide horizontally, smoothly within the frame. Basic advantage of using these is for faster and easier user operation.

We recommend our sliding windows for your Bedrooms, Balconies.

Advantages of our Sliding Windows:

  • They open/slide into the frame itself, open or can be moved either left or right. Hence, are the best for air circulation and panoramic view.
  • Stops pollution, noise, dust and heat due to built-in air-tight sealing feature.
  • Saves A/c consumption as the air inside can’t move out when closed (due to air-tight sealing).
  • Give the sense of enlarged indoors or spacious and luxury feel as space usage by the sashes is optimum as they don’t open inwards.
  • Smooth Gliding takes place, as there is minimal friction between the rollers and track.

Casement Windows

Our casement windows are perfect for your home photo album as they look like perfect, framed picture windows. They look like that since our casement windows have no tracks (unlike double hung or sliding windows). And as there is no track/rail, dust doesn’t get accumulated as that of sliding windows. Few casement windows can be pushed directly to open outward for the breeze to come in but we provide a hand crank at a comfortable height to support the window against wind-force.

We recommend these to be installed in your bedrooms and also over a sink, countertop or an appliance for free flowing air.

Advantages:

Provide natural ventilation-Especially in hot climates, this window style provides natural ventilation as it can be hinged to open outward and angled in order to direct breezes into the building.

Air Leakage Rate is Lowered- Our casement windows help save your ac consumption as they generally have lower air leakage rates than sliding windows because the sash gets tightly closed by pressing against the frame.

Fixed Windows

As the name itself suggests, this windows type is fixed and cannot be opened. Unlike an unfixed window, which can open and close, its functionality is only limited for allowing light to enter.

Advantages:

  • Offers an unobstructed view of outside and hence enhances the aesthetic value of a home.
  • Our fixed window style can also be paired with other window types to create a multi-utility system.

Villa Window

Choose our villa windows to protect you from insects and get the advantage of a casement window for natural ventilation. This window style has a twin sash, bug mesh, and a grill built into the frame itself. Our villa windows are perfect for Indian living conditions.

We recommend these for your Living rooms, bedrooms, tower blocks/high rise apartments.

Advantages:

  • Very user-friendly as it is easy to clean and less on maintenance.
  • Protects you from those annoying mosquitoes and harmful insects.
  • You get complete security due to multi-point locking system provision. Our villa windows have sturdy strength as we have fusion welded frames and corners into the system/style.
  • Using multi-chambered designs and double sealing, our villa windows can help reduce noise infiltration and heat loss.

Tilt and turn

With dual functionalities our tilt & turn windows can be tilted inwards at the top or open inwards from hinges at the side. Germany & Italy is where these are made in general. In this window style – the usual type is “turn first” i.e. when the handle is turned to 90 or 180 degrees the window opens in the side hung mode, the window opens in bottom hung mode respectively. The later one is easy for cleaning the outer face of the glass from inside the building.

Advantages:

  • The ‘turn’ position offers maximum ventilation, egress opening and quick cleaning advantages.
  • The ‘tilt’ position gives rain protection and greater ventilation.

Bay Window

Perfect for creating a private little corner in your home for yourself, as the projected UPVC windows can be at various angles with each other. Elegant and very attractive, it is one of the most sophisticated window styles known for its beauty over functionality.

This window style is built to project outwards from an outside wall. “Bay window” generally refers to all protruding window constructions, regardless of the height. This Bay window style is available in the shape of a polygon or square.

The three common inside angles are 90, 135 and 150 degrees. When two windows are set at 120 degrees to form triangular bays, don’t be surprised! You can find them too. A canted bay window has a flat front and angled sides. And the ones which use brackets for support are called as oriel windows.

Glass2Glass Window

This kind window features a fixed window unit, where the glass panes are smartly joined together without using any mullions. Contemporary and stylish, oozing with Luxurious feel, this window style offers spectacular seamless view, brings in maximum sunlight, while adding a whole new architectural dimension to the home.

Advantages:

  • Perfect for any corner of your Home.
  • Gives a beautiful and large panoramic view without any interruption from corner posts or joints.
  • Creates a sense of enlarged indoors.
  • You can bask in the maximum amount of sunlight.

  • Serves perfect for sound and thermal insulation, design flexibility and also creates an architectural marvel in the home.
  • Our combination windows are built into one attractive and strong frame.
